Chiftelute sunt preparate fara carne, dar pot spune cu incredere ca sunt foarte gustoase. Simplu de preparat, se dovedesc a fi delicate, cu o crusta apetisanta crocanta.
Ingrediente
– Ovaz – 200g.
– Apa fierbinte – 200ml.
– Cartofi – 2 bucati (250gr)
– ceapa – 2 buc.
– Usturoi – 3 catei.
– Sare – dupa gust
– piper negru – dupa gust gust
Reteta de gatit
Peste cele 200 de grame de fulgi de ovaz, se toarna 100 ml apa clocotita si se amesteca, se lasa timp de 15 minute, sa se umfle fulgii. Se mai adauga apa fierbinta daca este mult prea tare compozitia.
Taiati marunt ceapa si pisati usturoiul.
Cei 2 cartofi medii se dau pe razatoarea fina, daca e nevoie stoarceti putin zeama.
In castron se amesteca faina de ovaz preparata, cartofii, ceapa cu usturoi, sarea si piperul. Daca doriti puteti sa puneti si verdeata tocata marunt. Se amesteca totul bine pana la omogenizarea completa. Se mai lasa 10 minute sa se patrunda aromele. Formati chiftrlutele, si le prajiti pana devin aurii.
