Cine zice ca nu se poate manca bine si in post?
Ingrediente
morcovi mari – 2
un pastarnac
o radacina de patrunjel – o jumatate de
radacina de telina
ardei gras rosu – 1
ceapa de marime medie – 1
zeama de lamaie sau bors dupa preferinta
frunze de leustean si de patrujel
Pregatirea perisoarelor:
cepe mari – 2
orez alb – 100 grame
granule de soia fiarta – 100 grame
de seminte de in macinate – 3 lingurite
fulgi de ovaz – 4 linguri
linguri faina de grau – 2-4
condimente dupa gust
Instrucțiuni
Pasii sunt:
caleste pastarnacul, telina si morcovii taiate in cubulete in putin ulei de floarea-soarelui.
Intr-o oala de 3-5 litrii pune ceapa intreaga si ardeiul, sare si adauga legumele calite. Lasa sa fiarba iar dupa 30 de minute adauga zeama de lamaie sau bors pentru a-i da un gust acrisor.
Perisoarele se prepara astfel: caleste ceapa tocata marunt la care adaugi orezul spalat si lasa totul la foc mic
Adauga restul ingredientelor: granulele de soia si faina, impreuna cu condimentele. Formeaza din acest amestec perisoarele si fierbele in apa cu sare, iar apoi pune-le in supa de legume pregatita anterior.
Vei avea parte de ciorba de perisoara foarte gustoasa si astfel nu vei simti niciun efort alimentar in perioada postului.
