12 gramezi de urzici
hrean dupa gust
4 catei de usturoi
ulei de masline
condimente dupa gust
2 linguri faina
zeama de la urzici
Mod de preparare urzici cu hrean
Se spala bine urzicile in mai multe ape, insa trebuie luate cu mana din lighean, nu strecurate, ca sa ramana nisipul pe fund. Se pun in apa clocotita cu sare si se lasa pentru cateva clocote.
Dupa ce au fiert se strecoara de zeama si se toaca marunt, dupa care se amesteca cu faina.
Se calesc 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti anterior dupa care se spun urzicile si putina din zeama in care au fiert, cat sa capete consistenta unui piure.
Se pune sare dupa gust, se stinge focul iar apoi se adauga restul cateilor de usturoi si hrean dupa gust. E delicioasa cu mamaliguta calda.
