Maicutele de la Manastirea Prislop te invata cum sa prepari cea mai buna varza dulce la cuptor, o reteta numai buna in zilele de post.
Ingrediente pentru varza dulce la cuptor:
2 verze micute
2 cepe mari
1 ardei gras (rosu sau verde)
3 linguri de bulion
ulei
marar uscat
cimbru
sare
6 catei usturoi
Mod de preparare:
Varza se curata de foile vestede, se spala bine si se sectioneaza in doua. Se taie apoi in fidelute si se adauga intr-un castron incapator.
Se freaca bine cu sare si se lasa sa stea timp de jumatate de ora. Intre timp se toaca ceapa si ardeii marunt.
Pune varza intr-o cratita incapatoare, impreuna cu ceapa si ardeii grasi. Peste varza adauga apa clocotita, cat sa acopere varza.
Adauga oala in cuptorul incins la 180 de grade Celsius timp de 20 de minute, apoi scoate-o si adauga bulionul. Amesteca bine si adauga si cimbrul.
Adauga varza la cuptor timp ce 100 de minute, apoi scoate-o din nou, adauga usturoiul tocat, amesteca bine si mai coace-o timp de 20 de minute sau mai mult, daca este necesar.
