Ingrediente cornulete fragede cu bors
Aluat: 500 g faina ,7 g drojdie uscata ,250 ml ulei ,125 ml bors
1 lingura zahar ,un praf de sare
Umplutura:
rahat (sau dulceata, nuci, magiun)
Pentru finisat:
50 g zahar pudra vanilat
Mod de preparare cornulete fragede cu bors
Incepem prin a pune faina intr-un castron si o amestecam cu drojdia uscata. Separat, in alt bol, amestecam uleiul, borsul, sarea si zaharul.
Facem un spatiu in mijlocul fainii unde turnam amestecul lichid. Framantam totul pana obtinem un aluat omogen.
In functie de tipul de faina pe care il folositi, daca este nevoie, mai adaugati putin bors daca aluatul e prea vartos sau putina faina daca aluatul este prea moale.
Lasa aluatul sa se odihneasca jumatate de ora si apoi imparte-l in doua. Fiecare parte de aluat trebuie intinsa in foaie rotunda si subtire.
Taie aluatul in forma de raze, la marimea dorita. La baza bucatii de aluat se pune cate o bucatica de rahat, o lingurita de dulceata sau alta umplutura
