Placinta italiana cu mere
Ingrediente
-100 gr unt moale
-250 gr faina
-2 lingurite praf de copt
-un varf de sare
-150 gr zahar
-2 oua
-coaja rasa de la o lamaie
-1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
-75 ml lapte
-4 mere
-1 lingura zahar brun
-1/2 lingurita scortisoara
Mod de preparare
Incepeti preparea placintei prin a incalzi cuptorul la 180 de grade.
Faina se amesteca cu praful de copt, sarea, untul moale, zaharul, ouale, coaja de lamaie si esenta de vanilie. Adaugati treptat laptele si amestecati pana cand capata un aspect cremos.
Merele se curata de coaja si se taie in jumatate. Jumatate din cantitate se taie cubulete si se incorporeaza in aluat. Cealalta jumate de mere se taie felii subtiri.
Aluatul se toarna intr-o forma de copt rotunda tapetata cu faina. Merele taiate felii se aseaza pe toata suprafata aluatului.
Zaharul brun se amesteca cu scortisoara si se presara deasupra. Coaceti placinta timp de 40-45 de minute, pana se ridica si capata un aspect rumen, auriu.
