Reteta de post foarte gustoasa si foarte usor de facut
Ingrediente blat:
300 g zahar
300 ml apa
600 g faina
3 linguri cacao
4 linguri ulei
1 esenta de rom
1 praf de copt
1 plic zahar vanilat
100 g stafide
100 g miez de nuca
sare
Ingrediente pentru glazura de ciocolata
6 linguri apa
6 linguri zahar
6 linguri ulei sau margarina
2 linguri cacao
Mod de preparare:
1. Pentru blat, amestecam toate ingredientele mentionate anterior. Turnam aluatul pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt si coacem la temperatura de 180 de grade, timp de 25 de minute.
2. Se infige o scobitoare in blat si daca iese curata, inseamna ca negresa este facuta. Se scoate din cuptor si se lasa la racit.
3. Pentru a pregati glazura de ciocolata, se pun toate ingredientele intr-un vas si se fierb cateva minute, pana la omogenizare. Se toarna apoi glazura calda si se intinde cu o lingura peste blatul scos din cuptor si racit.
