Slanina se prepara in saramura fierbinte, de aceea o puteti savura dupa 3 zile. Adaugati condimentele preferate pentru a obtine un gust intens si delicios.
Ingrediente:
500 g de slanina proaspata
1.5 I de apa
200 g de sare
3 frunze de dafin
13 boabe de piper negru
3 catei de usturoi
5 g de piper rosu macinat
Mod de preparare:
Puneti apa la foc, aduceti-o la fierbere, presarati sarea, boabele de piper negru si frunzele de dafin. Fierbeti amestecul timp de 3 minute.
Puneti slanina intr-un vas mare sau caserola, turnati deasupra saramura fierbinte, acoperiti slanina cu o farfurie si puneti deasupra o greutate (o sticla cu apa).
Saramura trebuie sa acopere slanina complet. Lasati slanina sa stea in saramura timp de 3 zile la temperatura camerei.
Dupa 3 zile scoateti slanina din saramura si frecati-o cu usturoi maruntit.
